What the Extension does

Pinterest Ads & Promo Remover is a browser extension designed to hide ads, promoted pins, and selected promotional or suggested content on Pinterest pages according to the settings available in the Extension.

Pinterest may change its website at any time. We do not guarantee that every advertisement, promoted item, suggestion, or sponsored placement will always be detected or hidden.

Subscription and trial

The Extension may provide a limited free trial with full functionality. After the trial ends, continued use of the ad-removal functionality requires an active paid subscription.

The current subscription is $1.00 USD per month unless a different amount is shown at checkout. Stripe Checkout may display local currencies, taxes, or conversion details depending on your location, payment method, and Stripe settings.

Subscription access is tied to your verified sign-in account and may be used on a limited number of extension installations. This limit helps prevent license sharing and abuse while allowing normal personal use across devices.

Billing and cancellation

Payments, invoices, and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number or CVC.

Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal when available in the Extension. If you cancel, your subscription access will continue until the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe or applicable law requires otherwise.

If a payment fails, subscription access may be paused or ended after Stripe reports the subscription as unpaid, past due, canceled, or otherwise inactive.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we choose to provide a refund at our discretion. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at hello@benderbureau.com.

Sign-in and account access

The Extension may require sign-in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or another supported identity provider to start a trial, activate a subscription, recover paid access, and prevent repeated trial abuse.

You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account secure. You may not share, sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer your subscription or entitlement token to another person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Modify, bypass, disable, or interfere with subscription checks, entitlement checks, device limits, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer or redistribute the Extension except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use automated or fraudulent methods to obtain repeated free trials.
• Use the Extension in a way that violates applicable laws, browser store policies, Pinterest terms, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt the backend service, Stripe integration, or identity provider integrations.

Browser stores and third-party services

Your use of the Extension may also be governed by the policies and terms of the browser store where you obtained it, such as the Chrome Web Store or Mozilla Add-ons. Stripe, Google, Apple, Facebook/Meta, Vercel, Upstash, and Pinterest are third-party services with their own terms and policies.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Google, Apple, Facebook/Meta, Stripe, Vercel, or Upstash unless expressly stated otherwise.

Changes to the Extension

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Extension or backend service. We may also update pricing, subscription features, trial availability, device limits, or supported sign-in methods. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate through the Extension, store listing, checkout page, or related website.

Disclaimers

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bender Bureau OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Extension.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Extension's paid functionality if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment or entitlement checks, or if continued service would create legal, security, or operational risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
