Processing on your device

The extension reads Pinterest page content to hide ads and selected pins and arrange your feed. The Mac edition also provides image previews. Filters, preferences, and detection rules stay on your device. Temporary feed snapshots stay in the Pinterest tab's session storage for navigation restoration. The extension does not transmit browsing history, page content, filters, or snapshots to us.

Connections you use

Browsing and Mac board-save actions communicate directly with Pinterest using your existing Pinterest session. Mac image exports fetch the selected image from Pinterest's image servers, which receive ordinary network information such as your IP address. These operations are subject to Pinterest's privacy policy.

Apple processes the App Store purchase and updates. The Safari extension does not request an extension account, store payment details, send installation identifiers to us, or contact our subscription or entitlement service. No advertising or analytics SDK is included.

Support and public pages

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. Our public support and policy pages are part of the Bender Bureau website; its hosting service processes ordinary request information to deliver and secure those pages. These pages are opened only when you choose their links.

Your controls

Change filters in the extension, revoke website access in Safari, or uninstall the app and extension. Safari controls extension storage; clear website data to remove Pinterest session data. Email hello@benderbureau.com for privacy requests concerning information you sent to support.

Updates

We may update this policy when the Safari edition changes. The Chrome and Firefox editions have their own account and subscription data practices described in the browser subscription privacy policy.
