What is Display Tuner?
Display Tuner lets you quickly view and change the current refresh rate and resolution of your main display directly from the macOS Menu Bar or via customizable hotkeys. It is designed to be fast, minimal, and focused on everyday workflows with external and built-in displays.

After installation, Display Tuner runs in the Menu Bar. Click the Display Tuner icon in the Menu Bar to open the menu with available refresh rates and resolutions.
Display Tuner uses the system display APIs and shows the modes supported by your current display. In some cases, macOS groups or labels modes differently in System Settings. The app focuses on practical desktop modes and may hide unsafe or low-resolution options.
Yes. In the "View & Shortcuts" window you can hide individual modes from the list and keep only the ones you use every day. You can bring them back at any time by clicking Eye icon again.
The app focuses on the current Main display. When your display configuration changes (for example you plug in or unplug an external monitor), Display Tuner automatically refreshes its lists for the new Main display.
